White Pine Homes Inc. is a dedicated construction company based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We aim to offer the best service possible for you and your vision, whether it be a new build, addition, commercial interior renovation, or a new kitchen or bathroom. We are a trusted, transparent general contractor that is committed to delivering our projects the right way. Our company has grown exclusively through our clients and professional referrals. We look to service the greater Winnipeg area as well as the Whiteshell and Northwestern Ontario.
White Pine Homes is led by its owner, Rob Stevenson. Rob grew up working in construction at a young age and obtained his Red Seal Journeyman Certificate in Carpentry in 2006. In 2009 he started working in the Insurance Restoration Industry as a Site Supervisor and was quickly promoted to Project Manager. Rob eventually became an owner in the Restoration Industry in 2015 with 204 Services Ltd. His partners and himself successfully grew the company from 7 employees to over 65 employees until they were acquired by Onside Restoration in 2021. He took on a National role with Onside Restoration as a Large Loss Technical Advisor, but soon realized that his passion was working with local clients on unique projects to bring their vision and dreams to life.
Rob is proud to have started White Pine Homes and enjoys working with clients, architects, designers, and subtrades to bring his clients visons to life. He values trust, transparency and honest communication when working closely with trades, clients, and construction professionals. Rob has a talent for problem solving, listening to clients, and developing long lasting relationships with quality subtrades.
Rob and his wife, Lindsay, have 2 children, Mack and Shae. They enjoy spending time at their cabin in Lake of the Woods in the summer and heading west for family ski trips in the winter. Rob also enjoys playing hockey, snowboarding, and coaching both of his kids in various sports.
